This programme is specifically designed to get you football-specific speed gains .
This programme will focus on increasing your speed on the turn , with the ball , without the ball , and help you gain that extra advantage , which sometimes is everything in a competitive game .
4 weeks is all it will take to see the visible difference .
First of all , there are certain things I would like you to give into this programme :
1.Commitment : Without this , no programme , coach , trainer can help us . And by commitment , I don’t just mean showing up everyday . It also involves being in the sessions mentally , and constantly reminding yourself that we are here to improve . Everyday , we will put in more work to get better . No other day will we remain what we were yesterday .
2.Discipline : This programme ensures results in 4 weeks . It is not possible to see quick results without extraordinary efforts , one of which will be following the programme timings of sets , sprints etc. as closely as possible . We cannot afford to take rest , when the programme does not tell us to .
3.Connecting : There will always be times when you would need help . That is completely okay . There is a help section on my MAIN WEBSITE where you can contact us and get instant help from us . We are willing to help you as much as you are to improve .

So , first off , when we want to improve on something , we start over with the basics . So we follow suit here as well .
