WEEK-2

This is the second week , and having worked on our technique in the first week , we will look to apply the same , but this time with ball . A few new drills have been added to make up the new routine :

Shuttle Runs 

This drill is effective building speed and helping you develop agility while turning 180 degrees around . 

Zig-Zags
This drill is much more match replication into your training regime as you would make frequent acute turns no matter your position in a game .
